Purchases made through this website are subject to the following Cancellation Policy:
Tickets, products, and services of the park are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, the visit date of tickets may be changed, provided that the request is made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the originally selected visit date and that the new visit date falls within one (1) year from the date of purchase of the ticket.
To request a date change, you must contact our Customer Service Department by email at reservas@eldoradowaterpark.com or via WhatsApp by sending a message to +1 (849) 507-8368.
Weather policy
We do not offer refunds for adverse weather conditions. The park may close certain attractions and areas of the park for safety reasons related to weather conditions. In such cases, at the park’s sole discretion, we may consider offering guests an alternative date, but no refunds will be issued for these reasons.
